Returns info

Blackwood cannot offer any returns on furniture items as they are made to order. Please contact info@blackwood-studio.ca if you have any issues or questions.

Homeware and apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery at the customers expense. A return request MUST be submitted within this time frame. Items must be returned in their original condition, otherwise the purchase price may be forfeit. A refund will not be issued until the item or items have been received and inspected by Blackwood Studio.  

In the event an item has been received damaged or in substandard condition, please contact info@blackwood-studio.ca to request support.
