1. Do you offer customization options for your products?
As the designer, I strive to choose the best looks, combinations, and proportions ahead of time so that every products will display at its best. These options are readily available in the pulldown menus of all items. However, nothing is set in stone, so feel free to reach out if you have any ideas or special requests and I will do my best to work with you on that.
2. Do you offer volume or trade discounts?
There is no specific policy regarding volume or trade discounts but please contact me if you feel that your purchase would fall into either of these categories. I would be more than happy to work something out.
3. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Absolutely, but please be aware that this request must be lodged within 24 hours of your order being placed. Anything after that will either be denied or subject to a restocking fee at Blackwood's discretion. Once an order has shipped, changes and cancelations are not possible, but feel free to read up on the return policy.
